There’s no denying that when you are pregnant you will most likely live in active wear majority of your pregnancy (lets be honest pregnant or not- its all about comfort) More brands are expanding their ranges and incorporating maternity specific activewear to help support and provide the growing body with soft and breathable fabrications and specific fits to flatter and mould to the belly.

 There are few items that you may be looking at investing in depending on your activity and physical exercise routine. 

I have curated the best bump friendly brands that have designed with pregnant women in mind. This simply means the measurements and specific design details and fabrics are focused for the pregnant body.

Depending on how firm you want your legging or shorts on your belly be selective with the type of fabric- this will make all the difference. If you are wanting a tighter/supportive feel opt for a compressive fabric. If you are wanting more of a softer comfortable feel- seamless and softer fabrics will be best suited. I personally loved softer fabrics up until 7 months pregnant. I then needed more of a compressed/tighter fabric due to my pelvic pain especially towards the end.
